Stock image may refer to:

• In publishing: stock image, an image that is commercially available (see stock photography)
• In finance: stock image, a stock valuation coefficient based on the "stock profile" (growth, defensive, emerging, cyclical, distressed, turnaround, etc.), as it is really or as investors perceive it (market-based valuation); this concept is linked to behavioral finance

Example: Chandler Trousdale, Cameron Kelley, Logan Luckzek, and the majority of the Theoretical Physics Club, which in reality is a theory matched up to a series of stock images of the word 'club'
